we just had the court case today the judge reserved his judgement, so we will not know anything till next week most likely.
all I can tell you is that they are not going to get what they want. I am not sure what I will get, but I can tell you this even if
the judge takes their side ( which I doubt very much ) I am not going to give up. I live here and I am not going to let them
get away with ripping me off.
if it takes a year or ten years I will keep going after them. I just don't think its fair if they think they can come here. rip me
off, and continue to trade. today's case was an injunction and the REAL case, that takes time and several days and its is
yet to come, I am keeping the best stuff for that, they don't know what I have in my arsenal.
I think the fact that the judge reserved his judgement helps you because there is still nothing certain and you are able to
go ahead and get your deal with the landlord over there. I think he is not in a position to make any commitments to
anyone because of all the costs he has to pay. lets say against all odds that the judge finds for them and they win, even
if that happens they will be up to their necks. they have to pay their legal fees, they have to pay something around
$200,000 for the receiver, and they have to pay around $40,000 to the landlord and even more to their suppliers and to
the employee contribution ( I think around $150,000). that takes care of their profits for this coming summer.
AND if they win ( which I think it wont be the case) AND when they feel safe and secure I will be let loose my other options
on them, so they will not have an easy time here in Sydney, this is my backyard man. they picked the wrong guy to fuck
with, and that's not the half of it, my friends father is on the case and he doesn't think this is funny and that guy is fucking
well connected and is not going to be "nice" like me.
but seriously today abe even said on the stand that the money from the landlord went into the account, and there is
nothing in the account that shows it. you don't get to be a judge because you are stupid! maybe he thinks the judge is
stupid! lets see what happens tomorrow. I think for you now is the time to seal your deal win or loose he has to pay a shit
load of money and he will be in deep trouble so go for it man.
if I get this place you and I can work out some marketing strategies and work something out that can build a business for
you and me. I don't have to make a "family". I don't have his problems. I don't need to bash women to get my rocks off! I
don't need to pretend I am a Swedish Christian ! he even had the nerve to swear on the bible even when he is Jewish!

funny thing is that all of this could have been resolved if they hadn't decided to rip me off, their "witness" couldnt lie for
them and ended up telling what happened, so I am hopeful. but I guess that's life, and if it wasn't for people like that
there would be peace on earth right?
anyway aris, do the best you can and do it now, even if it doesn't work for me if you push your side you have a better
chance now than any other time.
I am young enough to learn from this prick and try again, but no offence man this is it for you and you got to make a go
at it. I hope you are not pissed off at me saying it, but that's me, I am what I am , and I tell people like it is and I am not
ashamed about it.

for it. as for me, I live with the curse of a photographic memory , which means when people change shit around and try to
deceive me I see it straight away and really I am loosing hope and trust in human beings! but I am sure I will grow up and
learn from it all.
